  2. Furniture will be covered in recyclable polyethylene.
  3. Sharp edges and the carving area will be covered by foam.
  4. After all covering, furniture will be placed inside a durable pallet for safe and easy handling.

  2. Royalzig Luxury Furniture Private Limited provides free home delivery in India (if the order value is more than 2 lakhs). If the product value is less than 2 lakhs, shipping charges will be as per actuals. Our executive will help you to get the best shipping charges.
  3. For overseas delivery, shipping charges will be additional or as per actuals.
  4. For overseas, we provide home delivery by air & by sea; our agent will take care of customs clearance.

  • Secure Payment Methods: - Customers may transfer payments directly to our company bank account via NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS for complete security and transparency.
  • Order Confirmation – 50% Advance: - To initiate production, we request a 50% advance payment of the total order value. Upon receipt of the advance, we will promptly issue an official payment confirmation receipt.
  • Production Commencement: - Our skilled craftsmen begin work on your furniture only after receiving the 50% advance payment, ensuring dedicated attention to your order.
  • Dedicated Relationship Executive: - Each client is assigned a dedicated executive who will provide regular updates on order progress. You may connect with your assigned executive between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for any assistance or clarification.
  • Work Progress Updates: - To maintain full transparency, we share high-resolution images and videos of the ongoing manufacturing process. This allows you to closely monitor craftsmanship and quality at every stage.
  • Quality Inspection & Client Approval: - We warmly invite our customers to visit our factory for a personal quality inspection. If a visit is not convenient, we will share detailed final images and videos for your approval before dispatch.
  • Pre-Dispatch Payment – 25%: - Upon your final confirmation, we request 25% of the total order value before dispatch. Your furniture will then be carefully packed and transported by our experienced logistics team, ensuring safe handling and professional installation.
  • Final Payment – 25% After Delivery: - The remaining 25% balance payment is payable after successful delivery.
