  3. For overseas delivery, shipping charges will be additional or as per actuals.
  4. For overseas, we provide home delivery by air & by sea; our agent will take care of customs clearance.

  • Production Commencement: - Our skilled craftsmen begin work on your furniture only after receiving the 50% advance payment, ensuring dedicated attention to your order.
  • Dedicated Relationship Executive: - Each client is assigned a dedicated executive who will provide regular updates on order progress. You may connect with your assigned executive between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM for any assistance or clarification.
  • Work Progress Updates: - To maintain full transparency, we share high-resolution images and videos of the ongoing manufacturing process. This allows you to closely monitor craftsmanship and quality at every stage.
  • Quality Inspection & Client Approval: - We warmly invite our customers to visit our factory for a personal quality inspection. If a visit is not convenient, we will share detailed final images and videos for your approval before dispatch.
  • Pre-Dispatch Payment – 25%: - Upon your final confirmation, we request 25% of the total order value before dispatch. Your furniture will then be carefully packed and transported by our experienced logistics team, ensuring safe handling and professional installation.
  • Final Payment – 25% After Delivery: - The remaining 25% balance payment is payable after successful delivery.
